“I can’t” “I won’t”
“I never” “I don’t”
“I always”
“I am too old to…”
“I’m too tired.”
“I don’t have time”
“I can’t afford”

It is all true IF YOU “believe” so! And it’s all a “story” you have made up.

How many times a day do you start your thoughts or statements with those thoughts?

And you are always right aren’t you? You can’t, you won’t, and you never will… you are right.

You see, those are SELF IMPOSED STOPS that you formed about yourself because of experiences you’ve had and the STORIES you made up about the meaning of them.

Yes I said “the story you made up about the meaning” because someone else who had the same experience made up a different story and meaning. And they have different results because of that belief.

Beliefs are not facts. They are beliefs. And the wrong ones can STOP you from results.

Those SELF IMPOSED STOPS are getting in your way. They are stopping you from your best self, your best health, your new job, your financial freedom, and that amazing relationship.

Fire them. Let then go now.

Self imposed stops may provide protection, keep us comfortable and even validate our excuses but they will not ever help you accomplish your goals.
They are holding you back big time.

Tell those SELF IMPOSED stops to shove it- they are in your way.
Decide you CAN and you WILL.

I FIRST learned of CBD oil a few years ago

My first exposure to CBD oil was from my good friend Ari Whitten.  You know “Ari” if you have been following me for a few years because Ari and I go way back… it started at the gym years ago when we became great friends and then we started training together.  Our training sessions turned into therapy for me as I would end up asking him a million questions about every ache or pain I had and he ALWAYS had the solution.

I found him BRILLIANT in all things health related!

We ended up co writing a few ebooks together, and over time he earned the title as “my guru” for all things new and cutting edge in health and fitness. I would learn something and then go to Ari for validation that it was good haha (he basically has Ghandi like power with me on this stuff!)  It became a running theme anytime I shared something new I learned with my husband Brooks, I would say it is “Ari approved!”

Ari knows me well and knew that I am someone who has dealt with ADHD and anxiety my whole life. He is the first one who taught me about Red light therapy, blue light blocker glasses and much more.

Ari recommended I try CBD oil and I hesitated. Why did I hesitate? Because I am a worrier (ummm hello anxiety!) and I knew it was derived from marijuana (illegal in CA at the time) and although I knew CBD did not contain THC (the part of marijuana that makes people high) I was afraid to try it. And again, remember I said “anxiety?” Well, I worry about lots of stuff, especially stuff like this.

Well, after my husband Brooks spoke with Ari, he was open to looking into it further.  After all, if anybody knows my struggles with ADHD and ANXIETY it is him…heck, he is the one living with me!  He went on a hunt to learn more and get a quality product for me.

The FIRST bottle he bought me was $900!

YEP $900!!  Crazy I know. AND it tasted like dirt. Seriously like dirt.  I haven’t really eaten much dirt, or any for that matter, but it is how I would imagine it would taste.  lol

I learned to embrace ‘the dirt’ as it WORKED!!  It tasted like dirt, and was pushing $1000 a bottle…but it WORKED FOR ME!!  So I sucked it up and took my ‘expensive dirt CBD’ on a daily basis.

I mixed it into smoothies, held my nose as I dropped it down my throat, etc… But so gross.  When I DID get past my aversion to the taste and actually take it, it worked like some sort of magic miracle oil.

My mind would calm.  Stress would melt away and I could focus.

However, the taste was SO GROSS and the price point was stratospheric…I had to find a better solution!

Sadly…it took YEARS for me to find a viable solution that WORKED like the original CBD oil, yet was palatable.

Now, I am someone who has dealt with ADHD and Anxiety my whole life!

Fat loss does NOT have to be “harder” as you age. AND I sat here analyzing before posting because I KNOW reading that angers some. I also know that anger can be the gateway for awakening so I posted. I’m 47 as I write this.

Here is what IS happening:

1. You stopped progressing. You do the same workout you did 20 years ago and wonder why they aren’t working anymore. You HAVE to “progress” and change it up! Challenge yourself! It doesn’t have to be a long workout either!

Less than 10 minutes of the right moves will drastically change your body! Don’t believe me? Go hold a plank or work on chin-ups for 5 minutes! Challenging right? Doing the right moves and progressing WILL change your body.

2. You believe aging is a certain way- (self imposed stop) well it doesn’t HAVE to be. Find role models your age and older and make that the new “norm” there are people your age winning at fat loss!

3. You believe what your doctor, your friend, or the article you read told you. And it’s become a false assume truth that you have bought into. What you believe you create.

4. Traditional Media only shows young as super fit and no one talks about their age – SEARCH for examples in the age range you are in and higher .

5. Negative Validation everywhere – friends, media, etc… telling us aging is bad and that it’s too late! It’s not! So Stop it! Just stop it. Find the RIGHT supportive mentors and groups. Do not look for validation of this. Find validation and proof of the opposite.

6. You give up too easily bc of a self imposed stop. You believe it’s harder to be fit and so it becomes harder to stay fit. If you believe it’s harder it WILL BE.

You are NOT too old and it is NOT too late.

I see you and your potential. I want YOU to see you! Try this on. You have nothing to lose except the old beliefs that are NOT serving you! I will not validate those beliefs as they wont make you better.

I am not gonna sugar coat this 🙅🏻‍♀️because it needs to be said! WHEN YOU SAY “I AM TOO BUSY” that translates to “IT’S NOT IMPORTANT TO ME”.

Too busy for a person means they are not a priority to you.

Too busy for yourself means YOU are not a priority to yourself.

Too busy for good habits and practices? – Those are not priorities to you.

We MAKE time for priorities. We CREATE space for important things that we care about.

Don’t believe me? Imagine your role model- your favorite celebrity, athlete, role model etc… whom you have loved for years invited you somewhere tomorrow. You would BE THERE.

Imagine someone you truly love and care about had an accident and it was urgent you get to them… you’d be there.

You are not too busy for your vision, your health, your goals… It is just not a priority yet!

And… when you live in a state of too busy for what you “say”’is important to you? Know this: if you don’t make time for what you “say” is really important to you then it will fizzle out and ultimately go away.

If you are too busy to eat healthy foods your health will eventually reflect that and suffer.

If you are too busy to move and workout , your physical condition will decline and eventually deteriorate.

Too busy for your partner? Your kids? Your close friends? They will go away too. That relationship will change.

The saddest part?
By the time you realize this on your own without an interruption (and you eventually will) the damage may be irreversible.

Being “too busy” just means you don’t have your priorities right. It’s not important enough to you yet.  💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

Living how I believed I was “supposed to”

✅ College check
✅ Job check
✅ Married check
✅ Baby check
✅ House check
✅ Pay bills check

I was doing life but I wasn’t living.

I believed when I lost my house, my credit, my body as I knew it, my husband, that I was having bad luck. I was a victim.

I blamed, I defended, I fought to get back control. That was my ego and the ego pays and fights at all cost.

I was forced into surrender and
I woke up to see it had happened FOR me to wake up, live and help others.

I built a successful biz & helped hundreds of thousands get healthy & somehow I started DOING life again.

✅ Business check
✅ New husband check
✅ Mom check
✅ Work- do- sleep- wake do do do and do more.

I was DOING life again not living

Things happen for us not TO us but when we are IN the tornado we don’t see it that way. We feel like a victim. We don’t get it. And that’s why it happens. To WAKE US the heck UP.

My business started to fail
My husband wanted to leave
I ruptured a disc
Age changed my body
Nothing was working right
The harder I fought the worse it all got. I believed I was too old and it was too late
My ego was back and it didn’t like what was going on one bit so it did what the ego does! It went into protection mode. Control.
The more I tried to control the more I lost control (control is an illusion)

Then I woke up AGAIN.

I was forced into surrender.

It is there – in surrender- that I saw it so clearly: that I am NOT too old and it is NOT too late. I saw this clearly. I felt it in my bones. In my being. I knew that with this awareness I’m JUST GETTING STARTED and that I get to show you that you are too.

We are not here to DO more , control everything and to preach and teach that. I tried. More times than you know. And… It didn’t work. Maybe you’ve tried too?

Control is an illusion it’s fake as 💩 It’s not authentic.It’s not living.

I am here to love, LIVE, learn and to be present. I want this for you

I am being called by something much greater than me and I’m answering, feeling it and I’m taking it on.
